Am I the only one that finds it hard to stay lawful good as a paladin, seems to be an abundance of neutral and chaotic choices and very few lawful in comparison.

No, you're not the only one. That's one of the numerous reasons I've stopped playing the game. A plethora of bugs is another...

Not that buggy anymore tbh, but they should really have put a non aligment shifing option to each dialogue if the right alignment dialogue is not aviable.

I just finished a playthrough with a Paladin and I didn't find it hard at all, not once did I get close to a different alignment. With that said, there are too many times where there is not a non-alignment option and you're forced to choose and answer that is against your alignment.

My NG magus slowly moves to LG. Sometimes I have to select Chaotic options just to stay in Neutral zone.

I had to do that too. I wonder what the worst alignment would be to play as in the game. I would think it's true neutral.
I'm playing Chaotic Good right now, and while my alignement is slowly shifting toward NG (because many Chaotic choices are in the "I'm insane, lol" territory), I think the most difficult one would be LG for me : many of their choices seems to revolve around being a judgemental genocidal "kill them all and let the gods chose their own" jerk (even the LN options are often more reasonable). Since they did a pretty good work to make relatable characters of every alignment (even Regongar's CE is more an entertaining "typical cat CE" than the usual "giggling psycho CE"), the dialogue options feel sub-optimal sometimes :/

Looks like LN or LE might be pretty interesting, though. Probably what I'll chose if I do another playthrough

That said, the shift is pretty slow, so it's not too much of a concern. Trying to roleplay my character, I mostly stay around my chosen alignment. I guess it would be a more critical question for a paladin, though (but isn't there an atonement spell that "resets" your alignment in the game?)
