Is it possible to refund a game, if 30 days passed after purchase?
Note: I've preordered this game on GOG on day it became available.
I'm afraid I needed to buy somewhere else, cus it's a huge pain to wait for patches for linux.(or redownload 30G... Sigh)
And yes, I'm loosing pre-order bonus, but it doesn't exists for linux on gog. So I'm loosing nothing in fact.

Contact the support for a definite answer, they know better than any of us after all.

I imagine that on a preorder the 30 days would start on the day of release and not your purchase as you can always cancel your purchase before release on GOG, no questions asked. And you wouldn't know if you run into trouble with the product before you get the game anyway which is why they offer you a refund in the first place.

Thank you for reply. It was just a peak of despair.
GOG team is awful this time, but more errors should be fixed by owlcats, so not a big reason to buy in "other place".
