UX? It's for "User Experience"
I suggest to replace current title:
"Changelog"
with
"Changelog [latest v.1.0.3]"

, so that one is able to grasp the latest game version just by looking at the Forum. No need to open threads, download links, etc.

No. It's a sticky one-stop for all changelogs. The title can't be changed. It's been done this way since... well, forever.
