As a fan of the Panzer General series I am disappointed in Panzer Corps.

It is an exact ripoff of general structure but without the things that makes Panzer General so much fun.
First the graphics and brightness are dark. I have to strain my eyes to see the improved pixel count. Why?
Games like Panzer General and Civilization are bright so I can see the graphics with ease.
Second, the voice over is horrible. The German commander sounds like an American as he has no accent!
They couldn't find a German guy to act the voiceover?
Third, the soundtrack is a dull generic score. Where is the period German music?

Same here. I'd rather return to OpenGeneral, which is a gold standard among Panzer General clones/look-alikes.

I don't care that much about music/voice acting like you do, but your remark made me realize sad truth: at the only thing this game could actually improve over its open-source alternative... it failed.

lol you care about the german voice?? Panzer corps is a amazing game just for his mods. Try European mod or PAK mod, you will hallucinate.
