Just to let those who don't know, you can download this game's soundtrack on your phone and use it for ringtones.

1.) Go to GOG.com's mobile website
2.) Sign In
3.) Go to "My Games"
4.) Press Painkiller: Black Edition
5.) Go down to the "Downloads" section
6.) Download the soundtrack
7.) Extract the zip file on your phone (You should be able to do this without a third-party app - I literally did it on my phone as of today)
8.) Sign out of GOG.com's mobile website
9.) Go to your phone's settings (Specifically where you choose your ringtones)
10.) Add the Painkiller OST (For me, there is a "plus" symbol in the top right corner - I have a Samsung Android device - and all I had to do was choose which song I wanted, I chose all of them manually)
11.) Once you are done adding the Painkiller OST, delete that .zip file. I had to go back to Google Chrome on my phone and go to the downloads section there and delete the .zip file BUT all the songs where still availible to me afterwards because we "unzipped" or extracted the .zip file already.
12.) Enjoy! If you don't want it as a ringtone don't worry. You can still play the songs on your phone like any other album. For me, I just go to Google Play Music and the album is there for me to play whenever I want (funny thing is I don't even use Google Play Music, I use Spotify, BUT Google Play Music is where I can play whatever Painkiller song I wanted. You can even shuffle them if you want.

P.S. If you have an Apple device the process should be somewhat similar. If there are any questions feel free to ask. By the way, as long as you bought Painkiller: Black Edition this should all be fine. This is NOT pirating the music. We bought the game from GOG prior to doing all of these steps.

Thanks for your tip. For me, I usually like to import some Spotify songs to my device for playing while gaming. And to do that, I use the tool DRmare Spotify to MP3 Mac to help me.
No need to use the mobile version as the extras are accessible in any browser.

Thanks for the info. Btw in case anyone doesn't know this, the Google Play Music app will be shut down soon.

EDIT: At least for me due to the fact that I use Google Play Music.

EDIT 2: Google Play Music has been shut down.
