I think they should continue to email support. They need to realize that they should have changed the version number when they modified the installer.

We have uploaded a brand spankin' new fix for those of you with those beefy video cards that sport more than 2 GB of VRAM. Please take a look in your My Account page and enjoy the fix! :D
As always in the event that something doesn't work or it just tells you NO!, please do write to us so we can get to the bottom of any issues that may or may not arise.
