Two adaptations technically. Though the second is a remake/remaster of the first. I had the NES port of the original when I was a kid and spent many hours playing it with dad or various cousins. I already had this on steam but I love this so much I gladly double dipped, triple dipped technically since I got both the versions on GOG.

The language is French but it is from Belgium (as so many others).
The Comics was (is?) big here in Europe in the 80's and the 90's

yeah, the steam pc remake, probably really different.
