Does this game have the US or EU voices cause they were different

Yeah, I'd really appreciate it if someone confirmed which one we are getting before I decide to purchase or not.

There's really no reason at all to release the US version since the UK one is the original.
I just installed it. Going by the above Youtube Videos it is the UK version.
Bought it, installed it and yes, it's the original UK version. Which is a good thing.
Wish they'd give us the UK version of RollerCoaster Tycoon too...
That's unfortunate, I would have preferred the American version, since the main character is voiced by Corey Feldman.
I believe I have the US CD somewhere, if the voice files are compatible between versions I'll see if there's a way to patch them in.
Please do Gremmi, being a yank and all I much prefer the over-the-top-surfer voice for Kent
I agree that having both would be desirable, but wouldn't you rather have the original and correct voices? Working out if you can patch in the US voices is all well and good, but who here has the licence to distribute them?
I have to say... the guy who chucks him into his apartment is much better as a Glaswegian than he is as an American.
Surprisingly, I have no opinion on the main character. I'm not especially enamoured with the UK main character, but I don't think Corey Feldman particularly improves it.
Overall, I'm glad that we have the UK version if it's an either/or situation. Having both would be even better though.

Personally, I find the game unplayable with the UK voice. Compare specific lines of dialogue, such as when at the bed discussing "naughty nights" and "ergonomic," or how "spooky" the strange gizmo is.

Feldman has a surfer / grunge rocker voice and tone, while the UK man makes Kent sound like a complete "nerd" character, sounding all high and nasally. Knowing that the character of Kent is supposed to be a rebellious teenager, and after exploring the apartment, Feldman is the only one who actually fits.

I feel much stronger about the other voices though... the guy who throws him in is much better as a Glaswegian IMO. There is also the fact that the UK voices are the original ones. =)

I understand that the UK version is the original, and therefore why that's the version GOG has made available, but I still maintain that the US protagonist sounds better than the UK protagonist.

As for the other characters, I would be unable to call it. I had only a demo of the game (US), limited to the confines of the apartment, so the only voices I experienced were Kent's and the guy who threw him in. I imagine that Kent has far more lines than other characters, so I'd rather decide between the protagonist's voice then that of other characters.

Sadly, I don't forsee GOG offering the US audio track, since English is still English.

That's sort of like saying you will not watch a directors cut, because the theatrical version came out first. It shouldn't matter what one came out first, just watch the one you like better.
