Will my girlfriend need another copy of this game on GOG if she wants to play this with me, or will we be able to use my copy of the game together?

To be short, is it really completely DRM-free?

I think she will need one version for herself for multiplayer. Might see it as kind of DRM if you wish; I guess its rather the nature of online play. If you already play you might notice that you character is automatically named after your account (HUD in the ship, Discoverys).

Could be wrong though; have not tried it.
