Gyrofalcon: ...And they optimised HBAO... Twice!! :D
Well, since they did that twice I'll give them a pass for not fixing the save killer I posted a mere 17 or 18 hours ago.

Someone else also pointed out the shrinking player bug is back.

Does HelloGames use any kind of proper well configured source control system? It certainly does not seem that way given how they have regressions of code, and bad patches between distribution platforms (usually with GOG getting the bad version of a patch).

To be honnest, I don't think HG cooked up this list of change just after release of 1.22.
But I do see your point.

Hopefully they will release a super small hotfix for this save issue.

Hmm... Can we take backup av our saves??

Fixed a bug that causes freighters to be too cheap

Better buy those freighters now while they're cheap! ;-)
1.23 is now live/current version on Steam.

Have done so! Mine was FREE after battle with pirates.

1.23 has been made the live version. No standalone install yet.

1.24 is on the experimental here and Steam but no notes as of yet.

Well now I understand why my behemoth of a freighter was just a tad below 6 million units ... ^^

Good news from GOG!
I desperatly wait for 1.24 because in the 1.23 there are serious screen freezing issues that make some game parts almost unplayable, also the bug reports and posts on Steam get longer and longer because of that.

Well, mine was 3.5gb sorry. I am more worried that my download was 300mb less, than you should be about yours being 300mb more!

3.8 GB here too ... except that, for reasons only known to the gnomes, it didn't take. It's now downloading. The. Whole. Thing. Again. Oh, did I mention that this is over a dog-slow ADSL line? ::sigh::
