Hello, I recently sent a support to get my CK-key for Neverwinter Nights. I'm sure it will take awhile, but I'm concerned as to exactly WHERE I'll get this notification, and my CD-key, so I can actively observe it.

Where do i install it.. i got my multiplayer Key and followed the instructions and i still get booted from the server saying the cd key is Banned

Well, I haven't tried this myself yet (as I've not gotten around to playing NWN yet due to my hefty games backlog) but the instructions I was given by GOG support when I asked for my unique key are as follows:

1) Extract nwncdkey_<user_email>.7z archive and replace the nwncdkey.ini file in the Neverwinter Nights Diamond game folder.

2) Next install the Premium Modules Re-installer (Kingmaker Setup). The modules will now be adapted to the new CD keys.

Is this what you were told to do?

hi,i have just done all of the above,yet when i load the game it asks for a cd key :(

I can't even extract the darn .7z file as 7-zip continuously states that it cannot open it as an archive. So I guess I'm screwed for online play. :|

Have you tried to redownload the file? It sounds like it might be corrupt. 7-zip shouldn't have any trouble opening the archive.

Several times, actually. It took nearly 20 tries for the GOG downloader to properly get NWN Diamond DL'd properly as well. Finally got that working, but the key they send me doesn't work no matter how many times I download it.
