Hello all,
I've been itching to give NWN2 and MoB a go and was wondering if the GoG version of NWN ever fixed the problem that some Windows 7 users had with installing the game and never being able to play it thanks to a black screen that just hung there and refused to advance. Even now I can remember jumping through the .ini hoops, DX9.0c, 2005/2008 ++ downloads, compatability modes...blargh.

So yeah, the long and short of it, this has been fixed to work with windows 7? I can buy it, download it, and it will install what I need so I can start playing?

I have played the GOG version of NWN 1 & 2 on Windows 7 Ultimate, 64bit without any such problems. Just be certain NOT to install it in 'Program Files (x86)', and use something like C:\Games\GOG\ .

Buy it, install it, and if it doesn't work out of the box, contact support immediately (they don't work weekends). If they can't get it working on your rig to your satisfaction (with the possibility of a little work on your end), then you get your money back.

Works fine for me on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. No problems whatsoever.
