I just bought and installed NWN Diamond through GOG. I'm wondering if Shadowguard and Kingmaker are the complete modules, or are they the demos? It says in their description "to purchase the full version, go to..."

Are these the full versions? Or do I truly need to buy them somewhere?

Thanks

I don't know if demos are included in base setup, but premium modules installed via separate file (under Your Account->NWN->additional content) are full versions.
There's a file called "Premium Modules Reinstaller" which I downloaded and ran. When it's downloaded, it's called nvn_KingmakerSetup

So is that just for Kingmaker? Really confusing. Wish there was more clear documentation for this. Thanks in advance for help.

no, it contains Kingmaker, Shadowguard and Witch's Wake.

At first all three were included in separate boxed set 'Kingmaker', only later incorporated in Diamond Edition, hence the name.

Huh.

Well, I ran it. But I still get the "To purchase the full version, go to..." description when I look at the module. Is there any way to know if I installed it correctly? I see the .hak file for the three modules in the hak folder.

It just an old description I guess. All three play fine.
I have the deluxe version of NWN on disk but I've been on the look out for the premium modules as you can't buy them legally from Atari any more. I had no idea they were included in this pack until I read this thread so I'm going to buy the gog version to get the premium modules.

Thanks guys!

As I wrote earlier, only the first three are included. Pirates, Wyvern Crown and Dungeons (sadly) aren't.
Still better than what I have now.

It's strange you can't buy those modules any more, I swear it seems that sometimes companies want you to pirate older games :(
