It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Recently installed the GoG version. Game works fine, completely playable but every now and then it seems to stutter in the form of a half-a-second black screen flash. It's not a crash, just a slight stutter so it's more so annoying than anything else. Usually happens once every 10-15 minutes, more frequently on the character creation screen.

Running windows 7. This computer is faaaaaaaarrrrrrr more powerful than what I used to play neverwinter when it first came out and that computer player it without a single hitch so I'm fairly certian it's not a spec issue.

So far what I've tried doing is setting CPU Core Affinity to All (i.e. Client CPU Affinity=-2 in nwnplayer.ini), didn't stop the issue. I run the game from nwnmain.exe with compatibility mode Windows XP SP3 and running as administrator. I run the game with max graphical settings.

Anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix this?

I am having similar issues.

I get a "stutter" or "blink" in the display the instant the cursor hovers over a menu button or an item or spell. I'm in the process of updating everything and looking over other forums.

Just wanted to give this issue a bump.
Do you have a Realtek (OnBoard) Sound Card?
