Does it support widescreen in this version? What's the highest resolution available?

I am playing at 2560x1440 with everything maxed out. Text is a bit small, but seems to be fine.

Did you already enable the high resolution font in the options? I don't know how much it helps with really high resolutions, but it may make things a little bit better at least...

Yarrhh, have done that, but still pretty small. I might bump it back a few notches in resolution . . . not like the game really needs it.

Cant get mine to play in fullscreen using any resolution :(

I have an NVIDIA GeForce 9800m GTX and i'm having trouble getting NWN to play in fullscreen mode. I've tried the trick to get it working in 1024x768 resolution windowed mode by editing the ini file and it seems ok but surely there is a way to get this working fullscreen without half of the screen being cut off. It's annoying even testing out resolutions because the exit button isn't visible on the main NWN screen.

At the moment, if I try to play it with pretty much any resolution except 800x600 or 1024x768 it just doesn't work. Anyone know of solutions?

Hello all, I have similar issues. I am unable to change the resolution of the game to full screen My desktop resolution is 1680x1050 but when I start the game in the video options> set resolution window there are no options.. it is empty. Changing the desktop resolution before starting the game did not help either.
I see this topic is marked as "solved" but please help if you know a solution to this

Strange. You could try running NWCONFIG.EXE in the game folder to set the resolution.

Problems with the game not running fullscreen are probably a graphics card driver issue. You might need to make a custom resolution in the graphics control panel. I have a Nvidia card, and have to set the scaling mode to Aspect Ratio, perform scaling on GPU, and tick 'Override scaling mode set by games'. Without that last one the game runs with black bars around the edge.

It may be that I simply don't understand, but how can I set the game to run full-screen? In reviewing posts from GoG and contributors, I found one needed to access the "display" option at startup. I don't see it. Please help. Very difficult to play and about 5 X 8 inches.
