It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

<EDIT>
Please use the Support form to request CD keys. We will add NWN to our automated system as soon as we can, but in the meantime Support is the only way to get a key.

You need to go here:
http://www.gog.com/en/support/neverwinter_nights_diamond_edition
And click the "I can't find solution (...)" link on the right. That will get you to the right form.

This question / problem has been solved by cogadhimage
Please take the time to look around the forums a bit. You will find a (rather heated) discussion about this already in progress (one thread below yours ATM).
I can't seem to find the thread you are talking about, keep in mind im not asking how to get the key, im just wondering if there is an area that shows my recently submitted problems

Ah, my bad, I misunderstood. There used to be a section in "My account" that would show you your submitted support requests (a key request is a support request), but that has been temporarily disabled due to problems after the site upgrade. Keys are still sent to you via e-mail, but at the moment there appears to be a significant delay in receiving them. Some people are reporting it taking a week or more to show up.
ah awesome, so they still should have received my request
thanks so much for the info :)
The CD Key that I was given is invalid. It's "still in us."

Can I get a new CD Key so I can actually play online?
So... I just post here and they'll get the request?

I have the same problem, the cd key they gave me didn't work, and downloading the whatchyamicalit didn't help.
Okay, i figured it out. You need to Ctrl+c or extract the .ini file into C://Program Files (x86)/GoG.com/Neverwinter Nights Diamond and not C://Program files (x86)/Atari/Neverwinter nights.

or at least that's the mistake I made :P
If that doesn't work, extract it into the atari folder anyway and maybe it will

Have you requested a multi-player key? The game ships from GOG with a generic key - that is the only way I know that error occurs (unless you have the same cd-key being used on multiple systems and your server is LAN-based).
i would like to request keys, so i can play online neverwinter nights..

All CD-key requests are handled by our Support Team, so please contact them if you haven't already.

Can i get a new CD Key my neverwinter online no longer works for some reason.. I log in and instead of varifying everything it just lets me click on the section of online i want to do.. i would be ok with this if when i clicked to play online it didnt say "Gamespy Disconnected" and no matter how many times i click retry it says the same message and i cant play any servers or anything. If the CD key isnt the problem please let me know and please help me out id like to continue playing Neverwinter nights:Diamond Edtion in the online servers.
The internet must be sucking IQ out of the general population of the planet.

ZA here we come!
Every time I try to use the form to contact the Support Team and request a CD key, I fill in the blanks then when I click on the send button, I am dumped to the 'contact us' page! Not a page that says clearly and unequivocally that my request has been sent.

Thus I am uncertain whether my request has been received or not. I certainly don't see any messages in my account to note that I have sent a request in this regard.

I have the same problem when I try to report this issue via the 'contact us' page, once I have filled in all the blanks, given all the details above, and then click 'send' I am dumped back to the start again with the 'Contact Us' page. No affirmation of my request, no message assuring me that things are being handled. For all the world it seems like my requests are dropping in the black hole of the GOG server never to be seen or heard again.

Very disappointed. Bad GOG, Bad. No biscuit.

This appears to be normal behaviour as it happened to me too but I did get a response from GOG. I too was unsure that my request was sent so I did it twice to request a CD key. I ended up getting two responses (both with the same key I should add, as it should be).
