You downloaded the six files, setup_nwn2_complete_2.1.0.6.exe & the 5 .bin files.
What message did you get when you tried to run setup_nwn2_complete_2.1.0.6.exe ?

Try downloading them manually from your GOG game shelf. The GOG downloader reassembles a lot of small parts when finished, which can take ages and maybe something went wrong.
Make sure to have enough disk space and when finished downloading all files in one directory, run the setup file as Administrator (right-click => Run as ..).

There's also a chance that an anti-virus program or some kind of security suite interferes with the installer. Try turning these things off while installing (go offline before, if you feel unsafe doing so).

I didn't work but thanks. For mine, it just say installing... please wait. Is there any bars under the game ads that shows how much installization had finished?

Usually yes, there's a little blue bar under the game ads. It starts as a blue dot and expands to the right.

Have you tried customizing your installation? When the installer starts you have to tick the EULA Agreement and there's also an "Options" button. I'd try installing it to a different location.
