Is GoG just ignoring CD-Key requests for NWN or is there a genuine issue with not getting them yet? I've sent 2 requests now a few days apart and no response at all.

I'd love to buy more GoG games but not if this is the support i should be expecting.

Update: Seems after some digging that there is issues after a site upgrade that is delaying key delivery. This is fine but would of been nice to have this reports on the main page or something. Communication is key yeah.

Also, they uh...

...they don't work on weekends. So if you emailed them Friday you're outta luck 'til at least tomorrow, sorry ;P
It takes them a while. It took me 5 days to get my key, and my friend got one after 6 days. It comes in the email you use for GoG.
I haven't requested a CD-key yet for the game because I never intended to play it on MP, but now it's sounding really fun. I was wondering if there was a time limit between when you buy the game and when you should ask for a CD-Key.

Can I play through the campaigns first, then choose to get a cd-key if I want to play online, or should I just order a CD-key first, and have it ready just in case?
You should be able to just play the solo campaigns as much as you want and then request the CD-key, ye. Don't think there's a timeframe to request it or anything.. at least not that I'm aware about.

I requested my key roughly 10 or 11 days ago, still no response.
Tried sending in the request a few different times.. nothing.
(Even checked my mailadress, etc. It's just GOG.com not responding it seems.)

Whenever you decide to do it, it will likely take a few business days unless the system is changed. Since you bought the game, you might as well get the CD Key for it so that you can play online when you want to, even if you are not ready to yet until you've finished the campaigns.

And yes, MP is really fun.
If they are sending the CD-key to your e-mail...make sure to check the spam-box as well. Many e-mails don't make it to the in-box...
Yeah the internet makes me forget that people still work 9-5 M-F :)
They may work M-F but I bought the game over a week and a half ago and I still haven't received my keys from GoG.

Same here, I've sent two requests but nothing so far.
1 week and no CD key or any response. I only bought this game here for online play. I'm going to do one more cd key request then probably putting a stop payment on my CC.
Yeah, I have been considering getting this game, but seeing all the issues with online problems due to gog.com no CD thing, I just might buy it boxed instead.
I received my CD key in 2-3 business days (requested on Friday at 10:30AM, it showed up today at 1:26AM); better than my original estimate of 3-5 business days.

Not sure what the issues could be beyond site upgrade related problems, if time to receive a key is so variable.
Just an update. I have received my CD-Keys now. Here is GoG.coms response

"Sorry that you have to wait so long - we have already send you your set of CD Keys but it seems that there was an error in our server."

I'm glad you got your key, and I hope everyone who hadn't received theirs, now has.
