I just bought nwn diamond, havent played nwn in years. I got the itch to play but I couldnt find my old cd key thats why I bought it here. But the game didnt come with a cd key, I had to request one. Whats up with that? How long will it take to get my cd key?

NWN1 keys, unlike NWN2, are still a manual process for some reason. GOG offices a closed on the weekend and response time is two business days. GOG is typically quick, aside from the weekend, so hopefully Monday.

The game comes with a a generic CD key that you can play single player with. It just won't let you into multiplayer unless you get the CD key from them requested.

Multiplayer on public servers is the only thing you need to worry about. If you're playing singleplayer, or a private multiplayer session (provided no one else is using the default GOG key), you should be fine.
