I recently made an account and bought NWN Diamond Edition, I did so to play the online multiplayer with a friend of mine again.
It has been almost 24 hours since I sent the support ticket, I am curious if the staff at GOG also had Boxing Day off or something.
I've heard that most of the tickets have taken less than an hour, I'm also curious as to why there isn't a better easier way of doing this.
