Hi guys. So I bought banner lord on steam and had to contact the games support about 2 mouths back as the game was crashing every 5-10 minutes on my 3 PCs. Sadly the support team was not willing to help me at all, not even a reply after sending 3 emails. Time went on and I had lost hope in the game. Then I came back to the game about a week ago only to find it still not playable on my 3 computers do to the game crashing. I contacted the support folks asking for a refund as I could not play the game. they stated to get with steam, steam would not refund and sad to get with the games support team. The games support team would not help. I got mad and demanded the games support team ether refund or at lest try and help fix the crashes. Thing is they haven't done anything to help a this point. a day latter after demanding the refund they revoked my copy of the game.

See attached images.
so yeah careful who you give your money too.

as far i remember that issue was for people that bougth the key on some key selling webpages, otherwise you should contact with steam and see what happened, talesworlds has nothing to do with the refund, is not their store, also this is a site outside steam

I got the game off steam so not a fishy site. sadly steam says its not their problem and the games support team says its not their problem ether.
Steam says to contact the games support team to fix my copy wile the games support team says to get with steam for a refund.
I was just wanting to let folks here know that they need to be careful with this game as the devs can take back your copy. A quick google will show others with the problem too.

yes, is what i remember just that the guy bought the key somewhere, otherwise you can also go to the talesworlds support forums
I actually did ask about it on their forum and they were not willing to help. I was told to get with steam support. Saidly no one wants to take ownership of the problem and I'm out my money and the game.
Like I said I'm just waiting to pass the word along that the devs for this game can't be trusted.

This looks beyond fishy, the message states "can NOIT be played". Either bad photoshop or sketchy to say the least.

Either that or he has been hacked
Bit strange to say the least. Revoking doesn't normally happen with offline games. That is more a thing with MMO's. I participated with the second closed beta of bless unleashed, but after that my key got revoked.
But all the other games which i have are still there. Now i have to say that i don't have any early access stuff. Ok, 1 game then, but i uninstalled that one.
Valve won't help with revoking. That's something you should contact Taleworlds about it. And if you got your key from an other place then Steam, such as Humble Bundle, Indiegala, Green Man Gaming, then you should contact them. If from that particular shady site g 2 a, then you're screwed. Never do business with those guys.
