Greetings, all!

My brief Google searching didn't find any definite results. Does such a program exist? If so, how to access and use it?

If not, who else is interested in making this?

Thankee!

What exactly do you mean by randomizer? I'm only familiar with it in the context of games like Zelda, where the various key items can be jumbled up as to what dungeon they're found in. I'm not sure something like that would work for Xeen. Or do you mean having the ability to have the game create an entire party with random races, classes, and attributes.
By randomizer, I mean a program that rearranges the locations of enemies, vendor/spell guild inventories, ior/and items, including key/quest items.

I'm not aware of anything like that, sorry. Randomizing the monsters wouldn't be too hard in theory, since it's just a matter of modifying the maps, identifying cells with monsters, and swapping them randomly with other monsters. The rest would be more difficult, since the logic for the spells is hardcoded. items/quest things are controlled by individual in game scripts, so to change them you'd need a lot of messy altering of them individually, such as where scripts are triggered, etc.
