Just noticed, that 6-pack got an update today? Anyone know what has changed?

Yes. Wondering this also. The main page for the game doesn't mention any additions or updates.

M&M4-5 is now the talkie version.

The speech files are located in the /music/ directory within the games root folder. Can't seem to hear them yet, unless Gunther is not supposed to speak out loud, though my mouse is choppy as hell when i'm in the dialogue screen.

My bad, the installer adds TWO shortcuts for the game, one is for the floppy version and one is the "Full Speech" version. Gunther talks, everything is fine. Have fun guys!:)

What do you mean by "full speech" -- as in, more than just the lines when you try to go in a tower?

But I am somewhat hesitant at the same time. I am pretty much done with Clouds of Xeen (just need to go beat up Xeen); started on some of Darkside. Will my saved games port over, or not?

Full speech means that EVERY character has voice, speaking exactly what the text box says. Also, I think there are some improvements in the animations.
It's really great, try it. I guess your savegames will work as there are no changes in the engine nor new stuff in the map.

If GOG aside the "updated" tag could tell use also what's new, would be very useful.

Delete the old one, and install in the same directory? Should work. The new installer allows You to choose which games You want to install, so You only need to do it for 4+5. ;)

First the Wing Commander expansions finally arrive - now we get the talkie version of World of Xeen? This is just awesome! The only way things could get any better is if System Shock comes out tomorrow...
