Just bought and starting on Might and Magic 4 - a quick question, can I create my own party or do I have to play the pre generated one?

Thanks for the reply!! Yes got the Limited Edition Pack so have MM1 to 6 - looking forward to playing them now I can customise the party.

revachtung is correct. I just wanted to add that when you create your own characters they will not start with any equipment, so you might want to take the equipment off of the stock characters. To do this yo have to form a party from half of the stock characters and half of the characters you made, wtich the items over, then repeat for the other half. It will take several in-game days to do this since a stop by the inn consumes one day, but that's not really a problem.

Many shops seem unattended, but are not. Step to where the desk fills your view, then press Space to activate it. The frame showing the world will be replaced with a view of the proprietor. Beware, this advances time in the game world, even if you choose not to partake of the shop's services.
