Can someone help me install this collection on Windows 7?

You mean the gog version ?

Download the file to your PC and when that's done just double click the setup file to install the games. That's it.
Well, it's not quite THAT simple, as you will also need DOSBox (for games 1-5), but that's included in the installer from GOG. I'm not sure if it's the latest version though, so you might want to upgrade DOSBox after you're done. If you already have DOSBox, you can elect not to install it from the GOG installer and instead just point to your DOSBox directory.

But yeah, once you got both the MM pack and DOSBox installed, you just run the shortcuts and they'll load DOSBox and run the game automatically. You may wish to mess with the .conf files in each game's directory to set things like windowed mode and the window size.

MM6 does not use DOSBox and you should just be able to run it.
Please be aware that the current version of the Limited Edition still has the dungeon door bug for MM6. Fortunately, you can fix this by using the GrayFace patch from the link below.

Thanks for the help, but, the thing is, it won't even install on my machine. When the last 23 seconds or so are around, it stays that way for a metric crapton of time, gives me an error message saying it won't work with my windows, I try reloading it, it completes only partially, and the installer just doesn't work.
Maybe you have a corrupt file there, in which case you'll have to redownload the installer.

It could also be your Anti Virus getting in the way of the install process, so you could try disabling it to install the game and re-enable it once the games are installed.

Every successful story I've heard for Windows 7 installation is to disable User Account Control and to run the installer as Administrator. If you've already done this, there are other M&M forums besides this one such as the TELP Taverns or the Heroes Round Table.
