I'm playing M&M8 for the first time - I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would, by the way - but I can't seem to find a way to return to DW Island, even though I want to really badly, since I need and Expert Air Magic and Merchant teacher, and I've been unable to find one yet other than the ones on DW. In the main quest line I'm at the point where you have to find a witness to the forming of the fire lake.

My question is, is there a specific event that triggers the possibility to return to DW, or do I always visit the Ravenshore docks at the wrong time? The ship that's supposed to go to DW always tells me to come back later.

Don't worry, it's part of the normal boat routes, so rest by the dock in Ravenshore and you'll get back there eventually.

Thank you to the both of you. I've already dealt with the smugglers, and I did notice the new ship at the docks, but not once did DW Island come up as a destination. Guess I'll just have to rest more.
