dtgreene: If you go in with 0 XP, how much XP do you have when you leave? Is it still 0, does it increase slightly, or does it underflow and give you far more than you need to reach level 200?

lizhen136: I start a new game,fight battle 1 in arena.go in with 0 XP.After that 1528 xp. Actually I found this bug when I have 31 arena wins perhaps.

How about this (in the following order):
1. Get 31 arena wins or so (enough to trigger the bug)
2. Create a new character with 0 XP
3. Win the arena with that character

What happens then?
