I already searched under appdata/virtual store. I'm running Windows 7 x64,

Try Start->Search-> Files and Folders for ROSTER.DAT

Have you looked in the installation folder for MM2?

Yeah, check the game installation folder. That's where mine was. But it could be because I changed the installation path from the GOG default.
