when I enter the hangar for the first time I did not take the thermal goggles, now after facing Revolver Ocelot I have to use them to be able to continue but the hangar door is closed. do i have to start over or is there a way to get them?

For what do you need them urgently? The cigarettes work for most of the times...

You can return to helipad area with the help of box 1. If you don't have it, then don't bother. Thermals is better than cigarettes and mine detector, but you can live without it.
