Hi,
After every launch this error is showing up:

Init Error: #4214
Unsupported...

No matter on graphic and resolution settings.

PC Spec:
Win 10
Intel i7 6700K
Asus 1080Ti
RAM 16GB
Nvidia drivers 385.41

I'm running into the same error and the fix outlined above does not work. While searching on the Internet, there are no real fixes outside of that one.

Is anyone else having this same issue?

Did you install Directplay?

Cannot post links. directplay is a legacy Windows component that has to be enabled inside your system. See attachment for the location.

I have same issue, you have turn off antialiasing in setup.

On windows 8/8.1/10 all dx8/8.1 games are launched in borderless mode and cause problems with v-sync and antialiasing... you need a custom d3d8.dll (but DON'T copy that file in wondows folder)
