So I started a new game and watched a bit of that comic book like opening. Then the screen turns green, but the cutscene goes on and its audio remains. Once the in game cutscene starts, it works normally. For the screen glitch, Ive tried to run it as an admin and in compability mode, but both of them do nothing. Anyone else having this on a Win 8.1?

I had the same issue but I think I fixed it. I don't know if this really solved it or if it was just a fluke, but I tried changing the Accelerated graphics setting under Internet Properties.
- Hold down the Windows key and the R key, then type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter
- In the Internet Properties window that pops up, go to the Advanced tab
- Under Accelerated Graphics check 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering"

Edit: I ended up getting another green screen for a different cutscene. When I alt-tabbed out of the game, the window resized from Full to Windowed mode and the cutscene became visible again. It's a shoddy hack until a real fix comes along, but at least I can use Alt-Enter to make the scenes viewable.
