The files are OK.
The MOD has been splitted into 2 files since version Pumpkin Moon to reduce the size of my upload.
Part 1 only contains music and animations and it remains unchanged in newer version.

This mod is really interesting! I never got into crossworld due to too many enemies block the navigation map (and having a bigger force would lower dragon exp to 0), but now with this it looks like fun to explore. Beat dark side a few days ago with orc and orc army (other than 1 necromancer) on normal and will play this in future. Thanks a lot, it's a cool mod.
Just out of curiosity, is anyone else having this issue? I am a level 22 paladin playing on hard on Orcs on the March campaign. I am playing the last stable version of the mod posted. The mod is more difficult than I remember Crossworlds as being which I haven't played in several years.

I have noticed enemy stacks often have their base attack and defense stats elevated (in green) and I am not always sure why. Even when there isn't an enemy hero with the units and it's just roaming. For example I have just fought one of the dwarf units in Montero and the Sea Dogs in that group have a +7 on their attack and +10 on their defense. No enemy hero. I can't figure out why.

Unless I am missing something really obvious.

Just noticed the Sea Dogs buffs are mirroring my hero's stats. +7 on attack and +10 on defense.

Enemies have a morale bonus in high difficulties.
Sea Dogs have the "Adaptable" ability.
