Hi,

Just bought the game some days ago, great adventure by the way.

But I´m having a really annoying blocking bug on Chapter V, after turn the fire on I´m not able to get out the church, when I go upstairs the scenario seems broken and don´t allow me to scroll to reach the window.

I´m attaching screenshots of the problem for reference. Could you please help me?

Hi Federico,

I'm rather sure that your game will be more stable, if you perform a clean re-install and wipe your user data. Your savegames will be lost by this procedure. However, you could grab a savegame from our support page and load it from where you left off (see link below).

After re-installing the game, please delete (or move) this folder completely. This will delete your user data and your savegames. Then start the game.

C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\The Pillars of the Earth
(This is for Windows!)

Please be aware, that these savegames have premade decisions.
