Fenixp: Press ~ to get into console and write (including backslash!):
\givemoney 10 - gives you 10 gold (pick whatever number you want)
\addexp 1000 - gives you 1000 exp, again, pick any number you want
\addskillpts 1000 - adds skill points
\addattribpts 1000 - adds attribute points

BTW, The only command that I'll be using is for acquiring potions, everything else seems fine, vanilla wise..

It's better & safer to use Cheat Engine. it's great for that extra money.
