Hi,
I'm trying to run Indiana Jones and the emperor's tomb but I keep getting a
800x600 blank window and then its closes after about 5 seconds.

Can anyone help me?
I had the same issue, and unfortunately no fix has worked for me. Two of the main fixes is unplug any gaming headsets and make sure directplay is activated.

I just tried both of these and neither worked
Thanks for trying
I have the same problem on two laptops at home. This laptop at work for some reason works. I tried every single fix on their troubleshooting guide and from teh forums on the laptops at home to no avail. Who knows. I submitted the info to their support email.

Edit: Actually, mine was a black screen at the desired resolution but with a spinning cursor that never went away. I would have rather had it all just dissapear after 5 sec lol. I had to CTRL+ALT+DEL every time and sign out.

When I tried to run the game on WinXP the graphics weren't aligned properly because the game wasn't coded for that operating system.

The only fix I know of is to run the game in its own native 640 by 480 resolution, and then res up from there until it fails.

But also the standard updating your sound and video drivers, including updating direct X, works for most people.
