Could someone please help me switch the GoG version of Homm2 to the Price of Loyalty music? The PoL music is some of my favorite game music, ever. I would really like to play Homm2 with that fully-orchestrated and sung music instead of the default midi synthesizer files.

I too would like to know some of this. At least to mix it up as my favs vary from faction to faction.

If you're interested, I can upload tracks I've ripped from the original CD some time ago. I've prepared a pendrive version of the game and since the GOG version music is a bit crappy, I've replaced it with high quality ogg.

I would be extremely interested for one! I wish we could download the old version of HOMM2 when it was the complete disc image.

Thanks heaps for the original music from H2: Succession Wars.
Bought the Heroes Compendium (H1+H2+H2PoL) as a retail box ages ago and didn't realise i'm missing out on the epic SW music!

Seconded. These files work right out of the box.

GoG should consider incorporating them in the download or at least making this a sticky. I spent hours trying to do the encoding myself and got nothing but random noise for the town soundtracks I tried to replace.
