benmar: And I'm all out of goats.
Then you'd better buy Broken Sword II: The Smoking Mirror, there is one there just waiting for you. And a mad god ready to accept your sacrifice. Can't get much more simple than that.

tinyE: I especially like at the beginning when you ask your assistant (a crystal ball) for tips and it tells you to pick up EVERYTHING. All in all not as good as "Waxworks" the movie but way better than "Waxworks 2: Beyond the Portal of Time". Then again that movie sucked beyond suck and actually had NOTHING to do with waxworks.
Hah, thats a great way to rate it. Might be worth a try then. While I never saw Waxworks 2, I can imagine how bad it was. Horror sequels, especially when the original was not a big budget film to begin with, are usually terrible. Ex. Troll vs Troll 2.

SpiderFromMars: Targhan, Crystals of Arborea and Starblade .. nice games, i hope GOG bring us more Sylmarils games... :)
You can buy a lot of the Simarils games today:

I already own them all ;). Yeah, Simarils has some great games. I like Targhan, and that he's in Ishar as a character is pretty cool.
Hmm Tex Murphy Overseer or Pandora Directive?

tinyE: I wonder how far I can drop just talking about fantasy tv shows? :P

Anyone watch the 4th of July Twilight Zone Marathon on Sci-Fi channel? It's my dream to one day run through a crowded airport terminal screaming, "Don't get on board, it's a cook book!"
I uprepped you just for that. :-D And I'm not even supposed to be old enough to get that.

...I'm sorry, have I interfered with your experiment to determine how far you can drop?
Torment isn't in this promo, making it false advertising.

Alan13: Thanks, why?
Because you made me pick?

Pandora is longer, has multiple endings and is generally regarded as the best game in the series.

Thanks again! Clear, precise and fast answer: how I like it!
Just a quick recommendation for games in this sale

I picked up Simon the Sorcerer -- which is an absolutely fabulous adventure game, I have to say, even this long after it was released and

Ishar -- just wanted to mention this has to be THE best deal on GOG in ages -- THREE games for $2.39 and these games are superb!!

Grab them before the sale ends if you're looking for truly awesome games.

CORRECTION (see below) - Ishar is FOUR games for $2.39 :)
