Carmageddon : Reincarnation is still in development with a Q4 Release scheduled on the last notice (around Christmas).

The plan back in the KS campaign was to release the game in February 2013 with 1 or 2 maps and a few cars and then continue to build it and update it with patches.

Fortunately they changed their minds. I'm guessing beta testing will start around September.

The-Business: That matches TuEAsday.

fortune_p_dawg: wat?!
SimCity 3000 has been released by EA and there is a hint that an EA game will be released on Tuesday.

Oooh... Now I'm going to totally get my hopes up.

Epitaph666: Could be
Serious Sam 2
Worms : Armageddon/World Party
That racing car game that was also hinted as "wreaking havoc and being nasty" but was Screamer? That was maybe 3months ago?
But i really hope it's

CARMAGEDDON 2 : CARPOCALYPSE NOW!!!!

Oh yeah, turns out Screamer 2 was the last in the series, so there's no chance we'll have anymore of that. One to cross of my list.
COME ON! LET IT BE CARMAGEDDON!!1
Nu-ur - we still have Screamer Rally AND Screamer 4x4 to go yet - we're only half way through!

Quite. And although Screamer 4x4 is UTTERLY different to the other games, it's also absolutely incredible. Easily best of its class at the time, and probably still in some ways. I really hope it comes to GOG.

Despite the voice-over, the video clips for EDEN were a little disappointing... it makes it look like just a shooter. I highly recommend trying the demo (if it still works). The game will probably surprise you.

It is Overlord 2.
Codemasters have finally got themselves together. We get this fantastic weekend promo, with the original, then those who enjoy it there will buy number two in an instant.

Plus I saw it is on sale at GG.
Humble Weekly Sale: Serious Sam

TL;DR
All funds go towards making the upcoming Serious Sam 4.

So, the mysterious release might just be Serious Sam 2.

I guess everyone is stumped on the vaguely vague clue.

Buenro-games: I guess everyone is stumped on the vaguely vague clue.
The problem with vague clues is that multiple games may fit them. So far the guesses are:
Carmageddon 2
Serious Sam 2
Worms: Armageddon
Worms World Party
Republik: The Revolution
Postal 3
Sim City 3000
Overlord 2

And let me also add Galactic Civilizations 2: Ultimate Edition to the mix.

All of the above could fit the clue, some better than others. And let's remember that TET is only reading the clue, G-Doc is the one who usually writes them. Now to wait and see what it actually is.

Our upcoming enigmatic release will baffle you with its anarchistic craziness, unleashing chaos, making a ruckus, and causing turbulence--AGAIN!

JMich:
I almost, almost wonder if it might be the first System Shock. I'm not sure if "anarchistic" is the best way to describe what SHODAN did (and "turbulence" probably doesn't fit), but "craziness" and "chaos" seem to fit, and SS2's release certainly caused a ruckus around here and much of the gaming community. And since G-Doc hinted at EA, I wonder if EA was the one who was holding back the original from coming here, and perhaps GOG finally got that sorted out.

But other games probably make much more sense, and GOG would presumably be hyping this up much more. I mean, they bought ad space for Wizardry 8, which had 3000+ votes on the wishlist, and the original System Shock has 27000+ votes! (It makes me wonder why they didn't buy ad space for Neverwinter Nights 2 or Omikron.)

This is a very good guess as well.

^this. Project Eden is one of my all-time favorite adventure/puzzle/3Daction games, and my #2 favorite game of all time (Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight is my #1). The video here makes it look like a tactical combat shooter. This game has about 5% combat and 95% adventure/puzzle-solving.

If you're a boardgamer, this game plays like a 3D-action version of co-op boardgames like Pandemic or Red November. You have to control 4 team members (1 at a time) with different skills into the environment to solve a puzzle. You might need one guy to stand in a doorway, literally to keep it from shutting, while sending your hazards expert into the next room to go through a room of heavy radiation to stop the radiation, so your engineer can get through to the computer room beyond to fix the power. Then, your captain with the security codes/skills to run the computers can safely make the trek to the computer room, and back, while the first guy is still holding that door open so everybody can get back through. This is a made-up scenario but is based on similar things you'll actually have to do.

"Logistics" is the word that comes to mind. Manuevering the right team members, with the right skills, into the right place, at the right time AND in the right order, is what you'll be doing a lot of here. But it just such a cool game! At one point you'll place a little toy car with a remote camera attached outside the window on a ledge of a building, so your can remotely pilot it into the next room through a window and... well, no more spoilers. Just buy this game... Project Eden!
TET recently did a nice interview with a podcast called Moonhawk Studios Presents.
