I went on a mini shoppong spree. Normally, I only buy games on sales, but this time I just couldnt wait.

My laptop wont run Dark Souls, but I've heard that Blade of Darkness can scratch the same itch. I was waiting for a sale, or hoping for a giveaway, but I just couldnt wait no more. I grabbed it right now.

....and BloodRayne - that was a bit random.

12$ for 2 games, but damn it :D

Cant wait to play them ;]

"I don't normally do this"
Yeah, that's what she said!

Seriously
Blade of Darkness is great but IMO hard, but not impossible.
Bloodrayne is just senseless blood soaked fun; one of my favorite games ever!
Nice choices. :D

Blade Of Darkness will scratch the same itch and more.. The game will also quench your thirst for blood...
Well, the value of things are not just the price tag they have. Different people attach different value on top of that.
The thing is if it was worth it to you, then you made a good purchase.
Even if intelligent shopping would mean to wait for a sale, since you wanted to play now, that raised your "willing to pay" bar and still feel it was worthy ; )
Thanks, that put Blade of Darkness onto my radar! Dwells inside my wishlist now :)

^This. Don't think I've really looked at this game before. Thanks for the heads up! :)
Those who are able and willing, should. Being able does not mean you should be willing, and being willing but not able means that you're horrible with your budget. :P
Blade of Darkness is definitely worth it, it is very challenging but a lot of fun as well with its approach to melee combat.
I don't think I've heard of Blade of Darkness before now, is it sort of like Deathtrap Dungeon?

Think of it as a precursor to Dark Souls, at least in the combat department.
Why is my post low rated? I told the guy he picked up two great games and got shit for it? What happens if I tell him I like his avatar, forum ban?

Just.... Just don't go there. Please! For the love of god - just don't.

Fair enough but if this isn't evidence of targeting I don't know what is.

I'm off to play some Diablo 2. :D

Let us know what you think of Blade of Darkness if you get a chance. I'm curious what a brand new player thinks of it.

Blade of Darkness was called 'Severance: Blade of Darkness' in some territories if that helps ring any bells for anyone...
