Probably the most sick and gruesome shooter we've seen for some time and with plenty of controversy to boot, "Hatred" by Destructive Creations is now available for voting on Steam Greenlight.

I hope it doesn't mean they're not considering GOG.
You can vote for it here: http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/hatred

Needs moar sicness.
I would like this game to be here, even if I find the setting too emo for my taste. If it's here, I'll try it.
Thank god I'm not alone in my complete lack of taste! :P

I seriously thought that if I expressed interest in it I might get crucified. :P
"This game is the chemo that cures Tumblr."

A comment from the Greenlight page that's probably more true than many people are willing to let on. I found the trailer unsettling and way too dark for my tastes, but knowing that the concept makes the feeling police insane fills me with a level of inner warmth and fuzziness normally only achievable by swallowing a live koala.

I wonder if the big review sites will punish this game for its content by refusing to cover it?

Unlikely, big review sites love good PR.. The more distasteful the better ;)
Looks rather boring gameplay-wise. I'd much rather play a game where you're an unarmed civilian and have to single-handedly stop armed terrorists or a lone loser (like the one from Hatred) from taking over your school/office building/factory/cafeteria. You would have to use tactics, stealth and improvise. In each scenario you would be a regular person in a different setting. It would be a lot more fun than just going around and offing random unarmed people just for some kind of high score, not sure what the goal here is but I assume it's maximum killcount. I like the TPP view though, and the graphics look quite decent.

EDIT: I can see some potential in Hatred's gameplay if the game features S.W.A.T. cars that unload an entire team of operators that try to take you out and you then have to evade them so that you can get as many kills as possible before law enforcement neutralizes the player, other than that I'm not sure how to make this game interesting or challenging. It seems there are regular police officers in it so I'm assuming it's not a complete slaughterfest with no resistance to the player.

Shoot Many Robots is kind of the same style as that of Hatred, let's just hope I am wrong and it's actually fun to shoot at shit
