1) Wait, what? What happened to the first one?
Falling out of habits is extremely easy! One week of missed measurements became two weeks, two became four, four became eight..

2) What about unclaimed winnings from the previous one?
The usual rules apply. They are valid until I am not capable of fulfilling them.

3) Prices may be different/GOG wallet earnings/etc. How are you dealing with those?
Winnings will be based on the price I pay. GOG wallet earnings will be "spare" and used to cover differences, if possible.

Just keep disciplined and the weight will fly off in no time.
I lost about 4 stone (56lbs) in just a few months by avoiding fat, mainly eating chicken, rice, fat free yoghurt, fruit and veg, no alcohol, and walking briskly for about 90 minutes a day. The weight just evaporated. Using a calorie counting app like My Fitness Pal really helped, too. It's too easy to lose track and think you're eating few calories when you're actually not.

Never mind mate. I've had to get back on track again to get more active & lay off the junk food. I got complacent and the weight apparently started creeping upward again when I wasn't checking daily, so it's off to get some sunshine outside (my VitD is a tad low too) and avoid those tasty treats.
Awww but two tarts and an icecream and half a chocolate bar and plenty of chips and thick batter on my haddock and a beer and some sweets, just some fudge, and I feel too bloated to go outside today but have to have those every day.
