It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Is anyone else being asked for their password when adding games to their wishlist?

I click on "Wishlist It" and the password prompt pops up. Even if you put your password in, it just takes me back to GOG's front page instead of adding the game to my wishlist. This is while already being logged in. This has been happening for a few weeks. It happens in both Windows and Android, Chrome and Firefox.
Really? No one?
Nope, no problems here. All i can think is that its down to custom cookie settings on your browser

There was a brief period last year or maybe early this year (I forgot lol), where if you opened a new tab for a store page etc, then it appeared as if you were logged out. Wishlist wouldn't work, had to log back in etc. The 1st tab would still show you logged in and it several days for GOG to fix the issue.

Haven't seen anything like that recently. I'd recomment contacting GOG support or maybe just Google the issue and maybe someone out there had ideas that you can use to narrow your own issue.

@gog2002x
Interesting. I do open things up in multiple tabs in Firefox. I've contacted GOG support but no one is responding.

I do have a cookie management extension in use but that only deletes cookies and LTSO's after the site page has been closed. Will have to look into that..
It is happening to me when both Browser and Galaxy are open same time.
In-browser wishlisting is asking to log-in again.

GOG support response times will be a bit slower during the pandemic. Unfortunately this year is probably going to be a test of patience for many people. The automated email from GOG support that confirms that your request has been received shouldn't take too long.

This happened to me some months ago..Messaged support and they helped me fix it. The problem was that I had the wrong date on my computer. changed it back and then problem was fixed.

So I'm not alone. Good to know!

That's not happening with me. Don't have a clue what it is.

This has now been going on for month. This is a very basic and important part of GOG site functionality. They really need to get it fixed!

EDIT;
Just tried the Brave browser on Android and the wishlist button works. Could all of this be a browser related problem? Wouldn't be the first time GOG has put Firefox users to a disadvantage...

I've also just discovered that I can't interact with reviews or leave one without the login prompt showing. This is getting REALLY irritating! GOG Staff need to jump in and fix this problem. This is a PC Gaming site. I should never have to use Android to interact with it.

And before anyone says it, no I don't use Galaxy and never will. Shouldn't have to do THAT either.

Ok, so GOG techs are on it. They are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.
