answer: The list can be ordered so that all titles share only one letter with the previous and only one other letter with the next... some kind of chain of games... :-)

I tried combining these two lists into one, by adding the missing letter from the other to the first one.
With this, I "almost" managed to make an anagram to The Manhole: Masterpiece Edition.
Almost... I was missing a P and another H, I believe.

I assume it has something to do with the green highlighted letters (i.e. the pairs that exist in both lists). I'm still trying anagrams, but all I can come up with is:

NINETEEN IS RANDOM
RESIDENT IN AN OMEN

Unless the answer has something to do with Lords of the Realm 3 (the nineteenth game on both lists) ...
