I got it! OMG, I totally got it! Wow, I can't believe how much of a genius I am and how much everyone else is totally retarded! Wow!
Check this out peeps, it's not an anagram - it's a theme song!
OK, follow me here. If you take all the letters from the beginning of each game's title and multiply their alphanumerical position by the sum of the common pairs of letters, and then string THAT alphanumerical sequence together in HEX and divide into standard binary bytes, the result is a series of notes, ranging from A to G#, and when arranged properly, those notes play a popular theme song...

Yes, this contest HAS driven me to delusion-fueled insanity! And you know what? I've realized that the theme song is only the beginning! The REAL answer results in schematics for a floating "Large Fries" from McDonalds and a super-ultra-uber-space-suit disguised as a Milkshake!!!

Look at the merge of the pairs. Every pair where the paired letters match (green) are just junk.
Now look at the other pairs in the list. One game stays in its pair in both lists while the other one is replaced.
