Banned because you wear a santa claus hat without knowing the truth behind the myth; poor man had been an amanita muscaria (magic mushroom) addict (hence the colors and patterns of his clothes, which are identical to the mushroom's design), his reindeer had been high on it, too (hence the ultra high speed, to the hyperbolic exaggeration of flight)! Same goes for the people who were able to "see" such things, such visions, like a hearty old man laughing heartily, flying on reindeer high on speed and bringing presents (more of that magic mushroom) to others around him!
