I mean that the game at this time was diffecult because you needed too find it on your own but it was a time i didnt had any money too buy a lot of games so i had time, now i have 40+ back log games so i need to finish some games fast so i use a walktrough.
lol, you make it sound more like some timed task than enjoyment.
Wait, Monkey Island games have horrible remakes? O_o
I played the special edition (i.e., remake) of The Secret of Monkey Island and quite enjoyed it. Sure it wasn't perfect, but it was far from horrible. I think it was monkey well spent. (Edit: That was a genuine typo. I'll leave it as it was. I LOL'ed reading it back.)
Regarding the LSL Kickstarer, it's actually doing better than Jane Jensen's one, and she's not doing a remake.
J. Jensen's Kickstarter is more like a subscription - for $50 you get everything the studio develops in the next year.
The lower pledges get you one game + one game OST, problem being the game is yet to be decided (I know, I know DF did the same and nobody cared). Maybe it'll pick up after the vote for the game.
What's more interesting is that for $30 you get the "best of the year" game OST, but there isn't a pool of games or OSTs to pick the "best of the year".
Maybe a clarification is needed.
