Why Gog refused that the Opus Magnum game be published in his store ???

Well I would like to know why the game Opus Magnum that has had a great reception in steam has not been published in gog.Además in the explanations that Gog gave the developers in no case is explained why the publication of his game is rejected .
Do we really need a 3rd thread about that overhyped game ?

And this "news" isn't exactly breaking...
FFS it's not here... get over it... buy it on Steam, or Humble if you want DRM free.

Deal with it and buy it on Steam with all the DRM included.

this

And the OP has GTA V avatar which means he has no problem shopping at Steam anyway, and that's fine, I shop there to. Like was said before, then buy in there.

GTA V is not Steam-exclusive game...

Fair enough. let me rephrase. If he isn't adverse to shopping places other than GOG, than why not purchase it somewhere else.
Maybe they rejected it so that people have something to complain about. It's a conspiracy, I tell you.
I knew there were fans of valve. I have now learned that there are also gog fans.

Gog is a platform for playing games and you must add all games that meet a condition: No DRM.

I can understand that you never add to gog a game with denuvo.I hate the Drm.But that a game is rejected because of its theme I can not understand it.

The gog guys should know that the gog community is not that of the forums but the one they buy most of their games. Let them watch the sales of games like The witcher, senua or spellforce. Let them observe the wish lists because the options that most users request for gog are not different from the ones they ask for in steam (friends, achievements, profiles, a gogworkshop ...).

The main premise of gog is the no drm, is the main difference of steam and is a big difference and the main reason why gog is worth much more as a platform than steam.

Regarding the No-DRM gog, you should publish the games as it does not harm any user.
I'm a GoG fan boy, I would prefer to buy *every* game on GoG. I buy games here even when they are more expensive.

They are much more gamer friendly than Steam, including things like the ability to run older versions of games for compatibility. Steam now forces you to *always* update your games, which ruins a lot of my gaming.

GoG: If you read this forum and it's not just user-to-user, you absolutely need to fix this. There is no excuse for not accepting a Zachtronics game. None.

Somebody at GoG screwed up. Admit it, accept the game, get back to being gamer friendly.

Gog doesn't force you to update your game? I thought that was one of the main reasons (excuses) for galaxy, to keep the newly release or Indev shovelware up to date?
As for this "mobile puzzle game" I wouldn't want it any more than candy crush or any other mobile garbage, although some of it has already crept in here with the dreadful tempest, which just shows that mobile=shit.

No forced update, not even using Galaxy. It's terrific. I can downgrade whenver I want as well, they keep all older releases online for use. As a serious modder, this helps keep things running. You can also set it to always update if that is what you prefer, it's your choice. Choice is why GoG is far superior.

As far as Opus Magnum- this is not a mobile only game like CandyCrush, I do not understand why people keep repeating that. Even if it seems like it is, why does anyone else care what I want to play? I don't disrespect your gaming choices, please do not disrespect mine.

Looks like another generic puzzle game. Not something GOG needs.

And what do you need to play the games that you like?

For example, I do not like star wars games, but gog has many star wars games and it seems perfect to me because there are many users who want star wars games.
