So I am not able to run any dosbox games in windows 10. naturally I scrounged through the forums first but found n specific fix. So i went to the support tab hoping maybe to contact GOG directly problem is when you select contact us it takes you to a select game page with generic troubleshooting I kept selecting next to contact and it is an endless cycle.

For which game do you need support? For some games that were bundled before you only get this endless circle, so a direct link is needed.

I own quite a few dosbox games on GOG. The issue is the DOSBOX launcher freezes every time I launch any of those games on windows 10 no matter what compatibility or admin mode I put them in. To name a few I own the entire Bethesda collection on here and id collection none of those games will run all in Widows 10. I also own the commander Ken pack on steam which uses dosbox and that won't run either.

Are any of those games listed on GOG as Windows 10 compatible?

Well, yeah, then you need support. I don't remember how to bypass the "endless loop" bug in the support section, but someone else probably does. It's atrocious that GOG hasn't fixed it yet. It's been like that for years.
Here's the "trick" Wishbone is writing about:

Let's use Ultima Underworld 1+2 as an example.
-- Go to a store page of the game: https://www.gog.com/game/ultima_underworld_1_2
-- copy last part of it: /ultima_underworld_1_2
-- go to support page: https://www.gog.com/support
-- paste copied previously text at the end of support addres: https://www.gog.com/support/ultima_underworld_1_2
-- press Enter.
-- now I can't find solution for my problem should work properly

It really baffles me that GOG can't be bothered to fix the issue after all this time. It's difficult to praise them for good support if one can't even create a ticket...

Much like the forum, the website is riddled with problems.

Me too. However...

Now that we're here discussing it anyway, how about we make a detailed description of the problem, and then all make support tickets about it? It really shouldn't be necessary, but if that's what it takes to get GOG to pull its head out of its ass and actually recognize that it's a serious problem, then why not?

I'm kind of disillusioned with writing to support about website issues.

GOG knows all about it. It actually falls under item 014. To my knowledge they have received multiple tickets mentioning this from assorted users.

Wel it is nice to know that at least there is a completely silly convoluted work around for something that should be as easy as clicking "Contact Us"

Of course they do. They know about all the issues that have gone unfixed for years. That is why I said we should all make tickets for the issue, rather than just one of us. They have to deal with support tickets, if only to send a reply and close them. If they are flooded with tickets for one specific issue, they may have to actually prioritize fixing that issue.

Normally I would never consider such a tactic, but in this case, GOG's priorities are obviously screwed up. This problem prevents paying customers from contacting support, how is that not important enough to just fix right now?

Yeah, it's completely incomprehensible why they won't fix the problem.

It "only" affects games sold in bundles (several different games in one pack, like Ultima Underworld 1+2, Cossacks Anthology and so on). At some point GOG decided that they're going to provide separate installers for every game in a package, but they didn't bother to fix URLs for support forms. Now when you select one of these unbundled games, it provides a name for the game which is different from name of the whole package. Hence it's impossible to create a ticket.

Gotcha. Your "we make a detailed description of the problem" threw me off.

No, not only them. While likely a bit oversimplified it affects any game with a different ID then the one available to purchase (removed games, kickstarter editions, replaced non-HD versions, different extras, etc.).
