Wishbone: Now that we're here discussing it anyway, how about we make a detailed description of the problem, and then all make support tickets about it? It really shouldn't be necessary, but if that's what it takes to get GOG to pull its head out of its ass and actually recognize that it's a serious problem, then why not?
Gydion: GOG knows all about it. It actually falls under
item 014. To my knowledge they have received multiple tickets mentioning this from assorted users.
Of course they do. They know about all the issues that have gone unfixed for years. That is why I said we should all make tickets for the issue, rather than just one of us. They have to deal with support tickets, if only to send a reply and close them. If they are flooded with tickets for one specific issue, they may have to actually prioritize fixing that issue.
Normally I would never consider such a tactic, but in this case, GOG's priorities are obviously screwed up. This problem prevents paying customers from contacting support, how is that not important enough to just fix right now?
