I was wondering who else used the support ticket system, I wanted to know about how long it took you to get a message back and if you got any confirmation that the ticket actually sent after sending it.

I did. They will get back to you, but it can take as long as a couple of days.

Also, it depends on the kind of support you are requesting. Support they classify as 'urgent' will probably result in a quicker response, than those they deem as less important.

Whats the problem? Sometimes the comunity can help faster, if its a multiplayer key we cant though.

Yeah I sent in a support ticket for Empire Earth II, I need the CD keys to play online with my friend and they were not included when I purchased the game (I do not understand why they were not included because under the support dropbox there was an option for "multiplayer key request" so they know they did not package it along with the game purchase) and I did not get any confirmation that my ticket was actually sent, so I was wondering how long exactly it would take them to get them to me. I sent the ticket in about three days ago still waiting on it. I was just curious about the average wait time for multiplayer key requests.

Personally ive not had to wait long in the past i have heard of some mp keys taking iirc 5 days, i cant remember longer offhand

Ah alright, thank you. My friend and I really want to play together and we are freaking out about these keys lol, we're on day 3 right now.
