It seems like the support staff is nonexistent. 11 days now I have been trying to get an issue resolved. I fill out all the support tickets , I get automated responses then nothing. Even on Facebook I finally got a response after about 24 hours but the response just told me I need to make a support ticket lol.

Edit-lol, why does it say new user on my avatar?

There's rumors going around that support is "working" from home due to covid but GOG hasn't yet figured out how to use the internet.
Did you read the automated response? Your ticket will likely take 2 weeks or more as they have a vast backlog to get through, there has been a few things happening in the world recently you might have noticed.

Read through the entire thing and there is nothing saying it will take 2 weeks or more. They can work from home so nothing "going on the world" should keep them from being able to answer an email.

You can change it from my settings at top of the forum.

You might need to reply to those.

Check the ticket status (support.gog.com/hc/requests/ [ticket#]).
If not 'open' then reply.

Then that must have changed recently. For the last few months all automated responses having been clearly stating that due to the covid pandemic help desk tickets can take more than two weeks as there is a massive backlog. That’s not just your ticket, that’s the hundreds of thousands of others as well, assuming the staff are all working.
Still, if it no longer states that, then follow up with them.

Thanks for that.

If I recall correctly, the wait time warning for my ticket of over two months ago (and still not answered, though mostly resolved) was made as a pop-up at the top of the browser window. That was using a PC and only appeared once and nevermore. A phone or tablet might get something different, including no pop-up.
